Weekly Wrap-Up (#28)

Weekly Wrap-Up

Weekly Wrap-Up is a post I share with you guys every Friday, in which I highlight all things bookish that I did in the past week — the books I read, the books I bought, books that I got from the library, and great posts that I found on other people’s blogs.

What’s Happening With Me This Week:

I signed up for LGBT April 2014! I’m so excited 🙂 I have some special upcoming LGBT-themed posts that I can’t wait to share with you, and I’m really excited to be reading two LGBT books this month!

Other than that, my week honestly kind of sucked. I ended up getting sick with a cold all weekend and into the week…and then yesterday I got food poisoning 0r something. So, on top of still being kind of stuffed up and coughing, I was also really sick stomach-wise, too. And then there was that whole How I Met Your Mother fiasco (read my ranty post about it). Seriously…is this week over yet?!

But onwards and upwards! Let’s try to be positive here…at least I had an awesome reading week 🙂

  1. Being sick AND having a favorite show end that way?? That’s the worst! I’m sorry 😦 To bigger and better days! *clinks glass*

How did you like Pushing the Limits???

  2. I don’t watch HIMYM but I heard that the ending sent everyone in an uproar. I’m sorry that it didn’t live up but I heard that they are releasing an alternate ending so maybe that one will be better.

Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe! 🙂

    • I heard that, too, but THE DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE haha. I am interested in seeing it, though. It will just never be able to fix the awfulness that occurred last Monday. Be GLAD that you don’t watch it 😛

Ooh I can’t wait to READ that book! I’m doing the #LGBTApril read-along at the end of the month and I’m really excited 🙂 I’ll probably actually end up reading it before then, but *shh* don’t tell anybody!
